Irvine High School Color Guard page

What is Color Guard?

  • An integral part of the Mightly Marching Vaqueros, the Irvine Color Guard showcases dance and special auxiliary skills with flags, rifles and sabers.

  • During the Fall Season, Color Guard performs at the school half time shows and cheers with the band during away games. 

  • During the Winter Season, Color Guard joins in competitions throughout Orange County. 

Why Join Color Guard?

  • You join a FUN, tight-knit community that works as a team and performs special skills!

  • You get PE and Performing Arts credit!

  • You get into IHS football games for free and you meet other members of different schools.
